Apply multiple filters with advanced search
You can use the filter console to create complex search filters and save them for you and your colleagues to use later.
Apply Multiple Filters
From the Fast Feedback Dashboard:

Click
in the menu bar.

Apply your filter choices:

Select All of these to find feedback which contains all the words you enter, in any order.

Select Any of these to find feedback which contains any of the words you enter, in any order.

Select Exact phrase to find feedback which contains the exact search phrase entered in the correct order.

Select None of these to find feedback which doesn't contain any of the words you searched.

Once you've selected your filters, you can save them for yourself and your colleagues to use later.
Search option | What it means |

Search in messages |
Find feedback which matches search terms you enter in the search box. Choose how specific the search should be: |
Set time frame | Find feedback from within the date range you select in the To and From fields. |
Sentiment | Find feedback with the sentiment score you select. |
Restrict to category or field | Find feedback which is relevant to the Category you select; for example, select the category Staff to see feedback related to your staff. |
Tip: You can apply multiple search filters consecutively, allowing you to build up complex search filters.
Delete a Filter
To delete a filter:

On the menu bar, right-click on the filter and select Remove.

Alternatively, click
to delete the filter in the 'Active Filters' dialog.
